please help

I have not replied in a while but today I felt awesome took the baby for a walk around the block and been playing outside all say then drove to the store but I think I pulled something it hurt really bad but then went away so went for a later walk just to be with my family cause today is my bday but I think I went to far I can't even move it feels like something is twisted in there it pulls really bad any Ideas of what's going on please help

You have to call your doctor. We have no way of knowing what happened. Your doctor may tell you to go to the ER. Please keep us posted. Hope the pain subsides soon.

It sounds like you did a bit too much. You are still early on in your recovery. Just take it easy for the next couple of days. Rest a bit more. If you feel more comfortable calling your doctor to let them know how you're feeling, then by all means call.

I remember some days that I did too much my body sure let me know about it.

Listen to your body....sometimes we feel so good that we think we can do more, but even if you feel fantastic, still take it easy.

I hope your pain goes away soon.
