After a complicated 17 week post op recovery, I'm happy to be released from restrictions and up and about. My job has me active on my feet and I feel great! I never thought I'd be saying this after all I've been through, but I can say that walking and water makes a world of difference!

I am a weight watchers leader and follow the program--it gives me tons of energy! I lost 49 lbs on it plus I do turbo kick and Pilates....

i usually go to the gym 3-5 times a week and watch what i eat.

I walk my dog, MacKenzie, and I've been a vegetarian for 30 years. I'm a moral vegetarian, but it does have health benefits. I go for acupuncture for migraines and I get massage. This us a great poll question! Mari

I watch what I eat, keep active and lost 20 pounds in the last five months.

Eat healthy, drink water, and exiercise (on hold for now, cant wait to start exercising again)

I track calories, eat many organic foods and drink lots of water. I stay active by going to the gym, walking or riding my bicycle (trainer in the winter).

I watch what I eat, walk daily and drink a lot of water! I tried to get the family interested by eating our way through the alphabet so we would try new healthier options. Week 1 we tried foods that start with letter A, week 2 foods that start with letter B, and so on. It was a fun way to try healthier options.
