Bloated!!!!

I was 3 weeks post op yesterday .. Had a LSH with BSO.
Im more bloaded now than the first two or three weeks. I have been eating much less to see if it helps and am eating fiber to make sure I have a daily movement.
I am on HRT since day three post op. I wonder if that is the cause of so much bloading or is everyone experiencing the same thing around weeks 3/4. I read the symptoms chart for weeks 3/4 and know this happens but I'm a little concerned it may be the hrt and if it keeps getting worse I would switch it or take a different approach.

My thinking has been so fuzzy!!!!

LSH 6 weeks ago and I still seem to get more bloated the more I'm up doing stuff. Maybe it is happening more now than earlier because you're doing more. Every day I just can't wait to get home in some comfy pajamas.

True I have been doing more. Ugh! Common sense tells me more activity would lessen bloating since it's more exercise.
Are you back to normal activity now at 6 weeks?

I never quite understood why the bloating happens in the first place. Right after surgery, I could understand but this is ridiculous.

I don't think I'm back to 100% but I do almost everything I used to do. I'm afraid to try tennis or anything strenuous. I am still tired at the end of the work day and exhausted by bedtime. I hear the tiredness goes on for quite a while.

Maybe someone will reply about the HRT having some effect. I'm not on HRT.
