Constipation-thank you!!!

I just had my TVH on Monday but have been checking everyones progress each day. Thank you to whoever wrote about orange juice with pulp helping with constipation. I drank about 16 ounces last night and have had two BM's since. I was so excited with the first one I was tempted to wake my hubby to tell him about it. Lol.

What???!!! I haven't been reading as much as I should....I missed that post about the OJ! I love the pulpy stuff but never buy it. I've been struggling with constipation big time. I'll give it a shot!!

Thats what I figured when I read the post. I tried and now am going to use it nightly for this issue. I had no issues with bms all day today.
