But I sure don't feel like a princess! I have so much to do today! Well, I'm gonna shoot for a little sleep anyway. The birds are beginning to chirp and my butt is chair-shaped from reading this site for HOURS, so I guess it's time. Thanks all, for your input and encouragement! My surgery is at 11:00 tomorrow. Best of luck to you Deb. My surgery is also scheduled for tomorrow. Feeling nervous, but anxious to get it over with. I hope everything goes well for you and I look forward to checking in with you when we both return from our castles.

to you as you make your final preparations. I was in the same boat you are now -- sure I wasn't going to get everything done. I found that whatever really needed to get done got done whether I did it or not -- and the rest either didn't get done or waited.

Work has a way of being very, very patient....

Hauled a truck load to the transfer station, went shopping, mowed part of the lawn, 90 degrees, got half the lawn to mow, Miracle Gro all the flowers, finish laundry, pack a bag, make the house a little more gimp-friendly, two Fleets at 8:00 P.M., take a shower then fall into bed since I can't smoke or eat or drink! I think I'll start with a nap in front of the A/C!

I had my preop appt today and surgery is tomorrow. I have done my bowel prep, taken my flagyl, and I'm throwing a few things in my bag. The house is a mess, I didn't get to Sam's club to stock up and I've decided to let it all go. We will be ok and my husband will just need to rise to the occasion. I'll keep you posted after the surgery.
