Should I get out after 1 week?

Tommorrow will be one week since my TVH. I'm feeling great except occasional pain between meds. My 9 yr old has an appt tommorrow with an allergist and it will take most the morning. I really need to be there. My husband cannot take anymore time off. I can get someone to drive us but do you think this will too much on me so soon? I will just be sitting in the doctors office? I won't be walking all around and doing activities.

You'll likely be so pooped afterwards, you'll need a long nap. Long as you aren't driving and will have another adult there, you might be okay. Don't be ashamed if you have to go stretch out in the back seat with a pillow.

I understand if there's no one else who can stand in for you at the allergist's, but do try your best to rest.

Everyone's different, but I went out for the first time last night w/ my family for dinner and it was wonderful. I didn't feel pooped, but strangely enough, had insomnia from midnight to 4am last night. I think I've been napping too much this last week.

Well, I went today to that appointment for my daughter. It was 2 hours at one office then she was sent for bloodwork and exrays at 2 other places. Gone from 7:45-12:30. I am whipped. But not too bad.
