Nurse trick to go poop

My bff is a nurse & when I told her all the ladies here having problems going, she told me a nurse trick.

It's called a Brown Cow;

30 cc's milk of magnesia
1 cup prune juice

She said it's guaranteed to make you go if you're constipated. Do not use if you are impacted, or already have a loose stool.

Wow, I tried them both but not at the same time. I will keep that in mind

sounds like a remedey a dear friends departed daddy told me to try when nauseated....gingerale mixed with milk!!!

Gosh, I thought a brown cow was a root beer float. I think I'd like that better.

Kay, thanks for the laugh. LOL I love root beer floats, in fact after the birth of my 3rd child I went on the root beer float diet, & gained about 20 lbs.

I have tried the milk of mag last night, worked fine by itself, but that is good to know if it didn't.
