Took the day off from Prepping

So today it was Sunny and 75 in lovely Louisiana, so I decided to not spend my time prepping but to spend time with my family. We made my 3 year old so happy by going to the car wash "thanks Nickelodeon and Blaze and the Monster Machines". Then we went to the playground to play and then we got icecream. Then we came home and did one of the most loveliest things in the world, we all took a nap! Then this evening my husband and I went on a date. So I just want to say to my sisters is don't forget to live as we get ready for this surgery. Don't forget to spend time with your family especially since we are going to be down for a few weeks. Enjoy yourself you deserve it. I hope you all had a wonderful day today too!!

What an awesome post! I loved to have read about your day. It sounds like everyone had a great day - especially napping!

I'm definitely planning to have a weekend getaway with the family and then have a Goodbye Uterus girls only get together.

I'm so looking forward to planning both that it makes it easier to worry about surgery.
