TVH today sucks

I think yesterday was pretty.good.but i was.not expecing my abilitay to get.comfortable....

I woke up this morning and havent haf any help since. I woke up being two hours.over due.for.med all i wanted to do was cry. I dont have any. And my parents are sleeping and idk what to do since my two children need help.... Is it wrong of me to hope for.someone to.take care of me for once and everyones sleeping leaving 2 days out and feeling utterly alone.

Please forgive me as my pain meds are fianlly kicking in and im on my phone



Does anyone have amd ideas om how i could.get comfy..
i have pillows behind me but i cant lwy down lay.down for long.any ideas? Right im in an over sized chair and heating pad which is my life savor.... Im.sorry if my rant dont make much sense im trying but its almost like ohhh moms home lets do what we can to make it hard....im just fusterated

This is only the beginning. You will feel better as the days go on. I was on the couch for 2 weeks. Instead of waiting for you meds, keep them close to you. Have a tray or something set up with everything you need, so that you don't have get up as much. Once you do get up, do everything at that time. It saves a lot of trips. The heating pad is our saving grace. Have faith, it will get better..

Stay on your med schedule to stay on top of the pain. I found that scrunching up a large comforter to lay under my knees while in bed really helped my ability to be comfortable and sleep since I am not usually a back sleeper. . Day 2 is pretty rough, hang in there and hugs!

Husker40 im a stomach sleeper and thankfully i can sleep on my stomach.... Heating pad is a life saver and still havibg a lot of trouble find one spot so i can sleep longer then an hour but im.thinking thats because of my bulging disc in my back and laying on it. I dont have any outter insions but i do have internal ones any ideas how to calm them.from iching
