TAH: What kind of support panties are good for a C-section type TAH incision?

I'm having surgery Monday and will be shopping for supplies this weekend. What are your favorite Granny panties for a Pfannensteil incision (c-section)?

Fave post op panties are the one's they have you wear in the hospital... see if you can get the nurse to give you a stash of them :O) loose fitting panties or if you can pull down just under the incision is best. I still don't like anything over my incision, have a nice hip to hip incision 8/23/13. Good luck!

I didn't have any on in the hospital, and after surgery I didn't care. I did have a nightgown(hospital), and was always covered up proper. Next day I just wore my Victoria secrets and was just fine.the incision is low enough were it didn't bother it, and as long as they are not tight it won't bother the swelling and tenderness.

I just wore my normal underwear....

I had a vertical incision, and I wear brief-type underwear. The band was above the vertical incision (barely) so I was okay...
