2 1/2 weeks after surgery and having some problems

They just found a fluid filled sack under my incision and are going to drain in Monday, has anyone been through this and how bad does it hurt?

I had a bit of fluid just under the incision. The doctor told me it was minimal and it would be absorbed by the body eventually - and it was. I expect the fluid you are retaining is a bit more than what I had, hence the drain. I can't imagine it will hurt anywhere near like the original surgery. Hopefully someone else has an answer.
