LAVH 4 days post hysterectomy: Strange bulge inside vagina

Hi im 4 days post op and recovering well apart from this strange bulge sitting inside my vagina...im thinking its maybe my bowel prolapsing as wen im pushing on it its goin back into my vagina then my bowels empying anyone else had this problem x

Hi, You just had surgery, so swelling is common right now. Frequently, any issues w GI can put pressure & it may feel more like its putting pressure on female parts, At day 4 is when we tend to have a lot of discomfort from post op constipation & gas.... Are you experiencing that now? If so, Id say that is to blame...& get busy water, walking, fruits, veggies, prunes, prune juice, magnesium.....On my other posts I have a long list of remedies.
