Back home and feeling GREAT!

Well, I went to Seattle from Alaska, had my LSH on May 27. Everything went very well. They were able to remove the large cyst on my remaining ovary and leave the ovary, removed any signs of active and inactive endo, and did the hyst. I flew back home June 1st, and I started back to work part time today. I feel great. I'm still taking it easy, no lifting, moving around too much etc. I am so happy that I went with the LSH rather than the abdominal cut, talk about a big difference in recovery time. I had a bikini cut surgery 10 years ago for cyst removals and that was just such a long uncomfortable recovery. Here's to new technology. What a positive experience.

That is wonderful news! I had a LAVH and felt pretty good afterwards. But now I feel that my remaining ovary might be asleep because I am on an emotional roller coaster for about 4 days now. I all of a sudden cannot sleep and I have a huge headache. *sigh* I am SO waiting for the feeling good part again. Glad to hear that you are doing so well though.
