No surgery date set yet

My question...everything I've looked up on bladders fused to the uterus talks about previous abdominal surgeries or c-sections causing this to happen. I've had neither. Can endometriosis itself fuse the two together? He wrote under the photo "Scar tissue bladder to uterus"

The doctor left my mom with 12 photos of my surgery with notes written around the photos and I've been searching the web high and low to try and figure out what he's talking about!

I don't meet with my doctor until the 29th to discuss the findings of my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy and set up a date for LAVH.

uterus enlarged 3 times normal size, adenomyosis, intramural fibroids, uterine polyp, endometriosis, my bladder is fused to my uterus; heavy, prolonged periods.
