What happens after a D&C and Hysteroscopy?

But my monthly is only about four days long that is why they were not real worring about a hysto.
I am just trying to work out the weeks off with things at work and the time I need. I work in a school system and this was decided when school was about to start.

I had a D&C and hysteroscopy yesterday and am spotting now but have no pain. From what I read here and what I have been told by other women,
it seeems the procedure is just putting off the inevitable.
My doctor so much as told me I'll have a Hysterectomy but, the insurance wouldn't cover it until "we've tried everything".

It feels like I'm sitting on a time bomb!
