A couple of questions has any one had this????

On the 21st of March I had a Total Laparscopic hysterectomy. (but kept both ovaries) However just over the past month my breasts have become very large!! and tender I have also had some slight vaginal Discharge for about the same time.. (sorry for the graphic detail) Now is this normal? Would it be over the top if I were to go back to the docs? Has anyone had this before?

Vicki, sorry I can not relate to what you're going through, however, I would concider calling the dr.

He/she will have the best advice for you I think. When you're talking about your health...nothing is over the top.

Sounds like PMS to me! I have had many of the same symptoms since my hyst as I no longer use birth control pills to help with my cycles. There are months that even walking up the stairs was painful as my breasts were so tender and swollen.

Because the blood supply to the ovaries is edduring a hyst, many of us find that for a few months our ovaries function a bit differently post hyst. Often things settle down and get back to normal quickly. If not, you may want to talk to your doctor about what options are available for you!
