7+ weeks post hysterectomy: Sharp cramp/pulling feeling when standing up

I am new here but have been in the shadows for the past almost 2 months. Most of my questions are answered by others posting the same questions. I do have one that I have not seen pop up yet, so I wanted to ask it.

I recently had my 6 week appointment and all went well. I had 1 stitch left so my doctor said 2 more weeks of winter for me, lol. She said I looked healed inside with the exception of the stitch. I told her all feels well except when I am sitting and go to stand up. I have a pulling/crampy/sharp pain where both my ovaries are. After a few seconds of walking it goes away. She said all she could think of was maybe it was scar tissue inside that feels that way.

Has anyone else had this feeling? If so, did it go away? She didn't seem concerned about it but I am just curious if others have felt it.
