happy hysterectomy ebook - anyone get it?

I think we can get lots of info through message boards like this one and it doesn't cost a penny - unless you would like to donate. Its just a case of searching a little for the answers to our many questions. This is just my opinion. I think I would much rather spend my money on nice little treats that will make me feel better after the op.

Here at Hystersisters you have the message boards, Checkpoints and the Articles available. I haven't read the e-book, but I can't imagine that it contains any information that is not already available here at Hystersisters.

I got the book before I found this website. It had some good tips. It also had some pages that I printed out to make shopping lists, and to do lists.

You can also find some lists to get you started in the Checkpoints portion of this site. I used these here and then adjusted them to fit my own needs. There have also been some great discussions about "what to take" to the castle.
