The following is a link to a super little article that may help:
https://www.hystersisters.com/vb2/article_157375.htm

The only way to get rid of adhesions is to go in and release them. Unfortunately, this starts a vicious cycle............because the act of releasing adhesions can cause more to form. Therefore, surgeons release adhesions as a last resort........depending on your symptoms, of course.

Adhesions

I had terrible adhesions after myomectomy four years ago.....I was an idiot and did too much lifting and vacuuming way too early....had lap to get rid of once and my hysterectomy in August which took quite a bit longer because all of my adhesions...everything was stuck together......not fun...good luck.

adhesions

I had my TVH on May 22nd - was having pains on left side with trouble standing up straight after sitting for a few moments. Had a lap on July 6th due to adhesions.

Left ovary attached itself to vaginal cuff. Doc did 2 cat scans and another test with everything coming back normal, Adhesions found only by lap.
