fibroid, varicose veins & lots of questions

I am 32 have 4 children & recently been diagnosed with small fibroid. Also have thickened & enlarged uterus & pelvic varicosity & also have an ovarian cyst. Tried hormones but hasn't really helped & i hate bcp. Its been 5 months & bleeding, cramping has gotten worse. Went back to gyn who told me to take nsaids for pain and wait 3 more months. I'm wondering if i should seek a 2nd opinion with a more aggressive approach at treatment. I also don't want to have a hysterectomy if there are other treatments that could treat all of the issues
