3+ weeks post hysterectomy: Slammed with depression

almost 3 weeks post-op and depression is heavy today. Want to run away and hide, Can't seem to get out of my own way. Although I really don't enjoy the depression, I am glad that after reading the many posts here that my struggle is part of the post hysterectomy.

I've struggled with depression in the past and I know I can endure through it, as I know my feelings lie to me when in depression. Just have to set my mind to focus on what I know is real.

I do have a circle of good friends to help me keep it real.
