one week

Hi, today is one week post op. The past 2 days I've had this weird feeling in by lower stomach. Its movement...(reminds me of when I was preggo and baby moved) and my stomach was jumpy all day yesterday. What could this be?

Re: one week

I remember feeling that and It's your bowels starting to move along more naturally and possibly gas building up. Its also a combo of your intestines readjusting themselves after being given more room to live in. One of the strangest feelings isn't it? Thinking, wow feels almost like kicking but it's impossible. That's what my dr told me. It's pretty normal but if you're worried, call your dr.

Re: one week

You are going to have that feeling for about a couple of weeks. If you don't have a binder get one it holds everything in place and makes it easier to move around the more you start healing.

Good Luck

Where can I get a binder, locally? Like Walmart or target? Or will I have to buy online?

Re: one week

Go online to Walmart.com they had the cheapest and they will deliver to you in a couple of days, I just order another one. I got my first one from the hospital.
