Overweight cause complications?

OK another fluffy sister by about 50 pounds (would have been more but have been deathly ill this week). I have noticed several post where the incision is up and down rather than across for TAH. I have had 3 previous c-sections and believe me there is no bikini cut for me. I'm thinking if they slice me lenghtwise I'll have a big cross on my big ole tummy. I'm glad my husband loves me!!!
