Marble size protrusion above Trocor incision 5 weeks out

At 5 weeks out (Friday) a lump (marble size ) appeared above my left upper trocar scar (used DiVinci). It was very sore to touch, now about pea size and still tender. Any ideas on what it is or what caused it? I did get an infection in vaginal cuff 17 days out, spent 3 days in hospital. Took 2 weeks to recover from that. thanks

It could be an internal stitch trying to poke through. I had one of those but it was near my belly button. Best to give the doctor a call though just to be on the safe side.
