Left side pain/leg pain

I'm having problems for the last 3 weeks with an uncomfortable ?pulling/pain on my left side right where my ovary used to be, I have a 2" scar there also. when this seems to flair up I also have pains in the left leg (calf area) I was checked for a blood clot yesterday for the 2nd time and it was negative (thank goodness!!!) This seems to get worse the more I do (walking,working) I am now 17 weeks out!! The side/leg pain seems to be connected. any suggestions as to what this may be?? Could it be scar tissue where my ovary was cut out pressing on a nerve that goes to my leg?? Thanks for any help you can give!!!

I'm sorry you're feeling this pain and don't know the cause of it. I'm glad it's NOT a blood clot!

May I suggest looking for a second opinion? I've ready many posts from sisters with difficult pains that a new set of medical eyes helped find the cause and treatment.

Hello there, I am having a similar problem. I had my hyster 28 Nov and the pain is only on my left side. I went in for an appoint last friday and the surgeron did an exam. He pressed on the top part of my incision and the pain went straight down the left leg into my toes...it is a nerve problem for me. I go in on Friday for some injections...(yes, injections from the inside) to see if steriodes and other stuff may help. If not then they are going to go back in and see if there is something else.
