awkward intimacy question.

I am now just under 2 weeks post op. I know the dr said that I can't have sex for 6 weeks because I can't put anything up there. Well.....I'm a lesbian. So, my question is, can I have sex before 6 weeks if I'm not putting anything up there?

Things inside are still healing and orgasms can tense up muscles and such so i would wait.
Ask your doc when its ok for outercourse.
When in doubt always ask your doc.

Yep sometimes you forget how your body reacts to things.
Right now you still have stitches holding things together. They are probably starting to dissolve (the stitches that is) but still you don't want to tense things up and have something happen.
But yeah just ask about outercourse.

Oh no worries its a common question.
And when you see your doc next he/she will probably say your all good to go.
But its just good to make sure things are healed enough for even outercourse.
