10 months post op and feeling lightheaded

wow I had my hysterectomy 10 mos. ago and this past saturday starting feeling "lightheaded" I wouldnt say really a dizzy spell and I could be sitting, standing , driving it doesnt matter what I'm doing all of a sudden i feel a bit off balance like a small shock races through my head I really dont know how to explain it. I'm nervous about this and know I sh ould probably go to a doctor however I have no benefits and I am a single mom only working temporary full time. I know none of you have answers but I'm sure you understand and thats all I need right now. this site has gotten me through so much I feel the need to just be here again. I dont like feeling out of control with my body and for the past week thats how it's felt.

Re: 10 months post op and feeling lightheaded

I have been doing wonderful a up until about 2-3 weeks ago. I have this "swimming" feeling in my head, kinda lightheaded. I'm somewhat worried because I kept both my ovaries an I'm not sure if they are fluctuating or what?? Sometimes I get a wRm feeling for a few seconds but mainly it is the dizziness that concerns me.

Do you have any history of anemia or vitamin deficiencies? Could be worth asking your doc to do some blood work. Try taking a daily vitamin maybe, if you don't already?

Re: 10 months post op and feeling lightheaded

My last blood work came back fine. I was anemic after surgery for awhile but the dizzy spells seem to be getting more frequent and daily, I used to only have them occasionally now its daily at least once, some are worse than other and some days are more than others, I plan on talking to my Dr when I see him on the 5th
