spotting after 14 wks

Hi..I had a TAH/BSO over 14 wks ago and just went back to work a week ago. I have started spotting a little but not all the time but I have a burning redness around the outside of my vagina. I was just wondering if anyone might have this problem and if so what they did. I also have pain on my right side but I just figured that is the healing process going on or it is my sciatica acting up.

I had mine jan 10, last night I had 2 tiny specks of blood, and that was all, nothing today... I guess I will see if I get it again.

make an apt with the doc....because you mention sore vaginal tissues, it could be granulation tissues,,,, it could be low estrogen and the vaginal tissues become raw and sore (very sore -- I know first hand about it), it could be a mini period if you kept your cervix,,,, anyway - you need to go in and have doc see what it is and give you what you need to help you feel better

I went to the Dr finally today for my spotting and redness and there was some granulation at the top and he thinks I might have a bacterial infection also. He removed the granulation and took a sample to see if I might have a infection so now I wait.
