intermittant chest pain 4 wks post op

Hi girls just curious if anyone has experienced chest pain since having surgery? I am 4 weeks post-op and off and on I get terrible pain behind the left breast closest to the sternum.....anyone else have this?

I didn't have chest pains, but I wanted to suggest that you give your a call just to be on the safe side. Some other sisters may come along that have experienced this.

Chest pain can be a life threatning symptom of cardiac troubles. Go to the ER as soon as possible, like now. If they tell you it's heartburn, fine. At least you will be here to talk about it. Chest pain is no joke and left sternum is where most cardiac pain starts.
