Hysterectomy: December 10th, 2010

Surgery Type: TAH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

3 weeks post TAH

I am 3 weeks in now and I am finally feeling better. I have had a tuff time. First of all besides TAH, the doctor burned my beely with the tool they stop bleeding with, then my whole body felt like it was so tight that I would break at any given moment, then I felt as if my back was going to go out at any second. Today I have felt the best. I am 36 years old not taking any hormones so far, just get alittle hot at night. I am so glad it's over. But today the doctor called and said my iron was low and put me on a pill 3x's a day. Does everyone feel like their falling apart? And when will my belly go down?
