ANOTHER migraine!

Ok.. so here we go again. Got hit w/ another migraine today. This time no nausea but still can't see right (almost 5 hours later) I REALLY hope the dr prescribes something for these tomorrow.. I can't take it!!! Lord.. you'd figure I'm going through enough with all the increased pain.. WHY am I getting hit with all of these?!?!?!?!?!!?

I am soooooooo sorry you are having migraines hun.
I had them very bad and very frequently before my TAH/BSO. As my body adjusted to no hormones, they slowly got better. Maxalt (my rx) saved my head many times over.I am kinda wondering if yours could be hormone related also. I did not notice if you have had your ovaries removed or not so this is just a guess on my part. You can try also limiting your amounts of any foods or drinks that may be aggravating them. You can google a list of that type of stuff. Coffee is still a trigger of mine. I hope your Dr gives you something for them, no one should have to deal with these on top of everything else. Thank you Jenn. I'm was able to keep the right ovary but don't think it's working as of yet. Having hot flashes, insomnia and a whole slew of things in addition to increased pain which I have to go have checked out tomorrow. ARGH!!! Just wasn't expecting all of this!

I posted this on the other thread but here it is again:

My migraines are different than these headaches. These might even be worse than my migraines. Its right above my right eye and feels like this throbbing pain that wraps around my head and squeezes. I have never felt anything like this before and I could really do without the experience
