Cramping

I am 3 weeks post-op today and I started cramping like I am having a period. I had a TVH, BSO , so I didn't think I would be cramping like this. Anybody else cramping like this?

I had some cramping post op as well. It seems to be very common as I had talked to others on this site that had them as well. Our bodies have been through major surgery and is trying to get back to normal. If you are concerned call your doctor. Better to be safe. Hope your recovery is going well.

I had the LAVH/BSO and also had cramping, pressure, and felt like insides were coming out. This went on till about the start of my 4th week. I just took my Motrin 800 when needed and rested. That seemed to help a lot. I figured that it was just normal healing and since I wasn't bleeding I didn't worry too much. Just try and not overdo it at this point, that's when I found that my cramping got worse. Good luck and take care.
