Restless legs

I've had a problem with restless leg syndrome for a while, but never did anything about it, cause I can normally control it with a hot bath, some milk, or walking around the house a bit. Since my surgery its HORRIBLE!! If I am lucky, I get an hour of sleep a night. I am starting to feel as if I am walking around in a fog.
My sister works in a Dr's office, and she asked one of the Drs what I could do, he said to try eating 2 bananas before bed....didnt work. I've also tried Tylenol PM and that didnt work either.
Anyone else have this problem? Find anything that worked?

I know many ladies on the site have had issues with restless leg syndrome so you are not alone! You might want to do a site search to see what remedies they have tried! You can also put in a call to your GYN and/GP for some suggestions!
