Walking but have cramping and bleeding more than spotting

Hi!

How much does your doctor want you to walk? Mine suggested about 10 minutes for the first week, gradually adding minutes each week after that.

Don't hesitate to call your doctor with the concerns you have about the cramping and bleeding, especially if the bleeding is a lot and/or is bright red.

I hope you feel better soon.
