dVH/RALH I'm 9 weeks I have a uti but feels more like kidney

I'm 9 weeks and after having intercoarse 2 days later I started to have pain after urinating. What I want to know is what r the symptoms of kidney infection if I told the dr my kidneys hurt and I had a little bit of chills. He told me I had blood in my urine and had a uti. He prescribed cipro but now I'm worried I took cipro on march. Dr thought I had a uti and then he told me I had cistitis and prescribed Elmiron 3 times a day.That day since March my problems started I started to get bloated and after that dr said I needed a hysterectomy becsuse I had something starting with A. 15 days later I had my hysterectomy I was on antibiotic before surgery and after surgery. I'm just concern is this part of the whole surgery getting infections. I had a davinci and left my ovaries. My other question is I have had sex but I haven't brought my self to release I'm afraid it would hurt since I'm going on 2 1/2 months. My partner does get his satisfaction but I'm wondering should I try outer coarse first like I tell you I left my ovaries . Anyone out there that has gone thru this or close to it please help me ...

Don't panic, take the antibiotics and drink a lot of water. Next time you have intercourse use lubrication. It could be you still have some healing to do. Be sure you are emptying your bladder. Sometimes it helps to pretend to blow through a straw to keep the stream going.

Kidney infection is very painful and causes pretty severe flank pain.

Thanks I'm thinking I have kidney infection cause I get little stabs but it's my 3 day on antibiotics and its getting better but I'm afraid every time I have intercoarse am I going to have a uti. We both shower before and after . I wonder if cipro is good for kidney infection.
