I got a great biofeedback device with progressive resistance called a kegelmaster. After research I found out that the Dr Kegel never meant for the exercise to be done without biofeedback. Also trying to recondition your pelvic floor without some progressive resistance is like trying to get "6pack" abs by sitting in your chair flexing your abdominal muscles. Many women are able to completely eliminate stress incontinence using this device. Hoping you canfind some good answers. Good luck!!!
