Slight period like bleeding???

Hello! I am new to this site, actually found it a week ago, but new to posting. I had the total LAVH on 4/9 so will be 3 weeks on Thursday. I still every once in awhile experience some uncomfortable moments, but not bad.Yesterday I had what I would consider light period like bleeding. I haven't had any bleeding since day 3, and just get concerned. Is this normal? Is this something I need to call my doctor for? So far today I am a little uncomfortable, not bad but no more bleeding.
Thanks for the help!

Re: Slight period like bleeding???

my post op discharge papers said that bleeding was normal for 4-6 weeks and to call the office if i was soaking a pad an hour, pain and/or fever. you might want to call your drs office and tell them specifically how much youre bleeding, but it sounds normal to me.
