indention at Laproscopic incision site

I saw the fellow doc and he took off the steri strips and said it probably would neve be flat. I will dicuss w/ my surgeron on my visit. I'm not satisfied with the answer I received from the fellow.

When I lay down and kind of press on it, I feel something behind it, do you? Maybe scar tissue? I am going to persist on my next visit that my Dr look further into this and see what can be done about it. Maybe he could do a sonogram or soemthing. We didn't ask to be disfigured. I trust my Dr, he delivered both of my children and you can barely see my c-section scar. I think he will do the right thing.

I know they usually have disovable stiches under the lapro site. I still have them from my gallbladder surgery 7 weeks ago.

I guess scars don't bother me because I already have stretch marks and little scars from my Zolodex shots. Maybe your dr can do something for you!

It's not that I would worry about a small scar but this is a large indention. I am preparing myself just incase it decides to stick around.
