Heating pad for post op
I have used a heating pad for back pain since I came home from surgery on July 7. It has been a life-saver!

Re: Heating pad for post op
I love my heating pad! It does help with many aches and pains. Be careful though, try and not fall asleep with it turned on. Although I do have one now that has an automatic shutoff.

Re: Heating pad for post op
Oh my heating pad has been my best friend for so long. I wonder if there will ever be a day when I am able to give it up. LOL

Re: Heating pad for post op
I definitely feel the same way....mine does have an automatic shut-off. But most of the time, I'm awake so I turn it back on!!! I hope there will be a day when I won't need it. It has been such a good friend~)
Be well,

Re: Heating pad for post op
I bought one filled with clay that I heat in the micro or freeze. It holds really well either way and I can sleep with it.
