TAH My Head Feels So Heavy/I Feel Like I'm Dreaming.

Hello again. I hope I'm putting this in the right area..

So as of today, I'm nine days post op from a total abdominal hysterectomy.
I'm twenty one years old, and they took everything- uterus, cervix, and both ovaries.

I haven't taken any pain medication (except Tylenol for headaches) in about four or five days.
I stopped taking the pain medications because I began to have this super heavy headed feeling. My head feels SO heavy, and my eyes do as well, and I feel like I'm wading through jello when I think. Everything is very heavy and slow, and yet I'm not tired.
I feel like I'm dreaming, as if nothing is really happening, and everything I do or say will be forgotten in a few moments.
I'm having issues remembering as well.

I have no idea what this is from, but it's both concerning me and irritating me.
I do a lot of things like reading, art, and playing video games, which require me to be alert and paying attention, and I simply cannot do it feeling like this.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, when did it go away, and did you ever find out what it was?

It sounds like a reaction to the anesthesia but i would call your doctor and tell him/her what is happening just to be on the safe side.
