I think that it's good that you're going to call your dr about it.
Please let us know what you learn.

Bad Stomach Pains

The gas pains were probably the worst thing for me after surgery. I can remember leaning over my kitchen counter almost crying in pain.

Id say Gas-x (I used the mint meltaways), and stool softeners are gonna be your best friends right now. Also walking is supposed to help.

I am at 7 weeks and still feel a weird pain when I empty my bladder. My Dr did explain that the bladder is traumatized or bruised in surgery.

There were some women who have had additional problems with their bowels or bladders after surgery, so I would suggest just listening to your own body and calling your Dr if you feel concerned.

So far, unfortunately it sounds pretty normal though.

Good luck & Happy Healing!

What you've described sounds very much like my experience, too. I'm at 9 weeks p.o. now and happy to report that this goes away with time. (It might be replaced with other stuff, but at least THAT will go away). I hope that you will be surprised by how quickly your body heals with each passing day!
