So bloated and confused

I have gained 6 pounds since Friday and will be having my surgery on the 8th. Im just concerned with the level of bloating Im having. It looks like Im 4 months pregnant and its getting hard to breathe. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've heard that can happen and since I have a large mass I constantly feel like I'm bloated it but I'm having the exact opposite problem I saw my doctor who scheduled the surgery on a Friday then the next Friday I went in for my preop blood work and had lost five pounds.

I have trouble taking in a full breath during my period. I get very bloated too. Doctor doesn't believe it. Weight stays the same though just can't wear anything but leggings now.
