The last time I posted has been a few years.
It has been 1 1/2 yrs since have my hysterectomy. Prior to that I had a salpingo-oophorectomy & endometrial ablation almost 10 yrs ago.
They did not want to remove the remaining ovary. Two months ago it was detected that I have 2 small cysts on that one ovary. The doctor wanted to me to follow up with another ultrasound which I did today. They can see that the one cyst has grown (not sure how much) and the other is still small.
My health in the past 6 months has been pretty crappy and doctors can't figure out the problem. I am not sure if any of the issues are related to the cysts.
Out of nowhere I put 25 lbs on that no amount of dieting or exercising or natural supplements will help. I also am a very healthy eater. My body has pretty much morphed into a blob...I am thick around the middle and my hips...well I have saddlebags now lol. I didn't even look like this when I was pregnant 13 yrs ago!!!
Fatigue & crankiness is an understatement.
My legs swell for no reason (doesn't matter if I am sitting, walking, standing).
I have been tested for my thyroid as I have every symptom (and my mom has a thyroid problem) and the labs show I am "normal" even though it's at the low end of normal.
I have pain in my lower back, not sure if it's kidney pain or from the cyst. The past month I have had a strange pain in my hip same side as the cyst. And the past few days I am now starting to have pain where the actually cyst is...the u/s tech pushed on it today and that hurt a lot!!!
Should I be concerned that it grew in 2 months??
Ok...sorry to be so long winded. I just want to know if I am going crazy or if anyone here has gone through any of this?? Any advice helps...wishing I could find a doctor like the one on House that thinks outside the box.
