After a vaginal hysterectomy are you allowed to wash with soap? Also with this type of op does the surgion operate through the belly button.

For a TVH they don't go through the belly button, it's all vaginal. An LAVH goes through the belly button plus a couple other incisions. I was allowed to use soap. for your surgery.
