TLH 16 days post op from LH passing golf ball size clots

I am 16 days post. Op. From my laparoscopic hysterectomy, I've done pretty much nothing for the last 16 days. I did quite a bit of walking today,nothing to serious and now I'm passing golf ball size clots. I have a dr appt Monday. Should I go in sooner or is this a normal thing. Any help would be appreciated!

If the clots continue, certainly touch base with doc on weekend call tomorrow. Even for over doing it, that seems excessive. Many ladies on here report light bleeding and spotting when overdoing it. Let us know how you do.

I don't think this is something you should wait on. Clots the size of golf balls are not common. You should go to urgent care or the ER. Best to err on the side of caution.

I will keep you in my thoughts.

Update : Went in to ER saturday night at 11 30 pm and by 630 am I was in the OR my cuff stitches had ripped due to the fact thay I had a cantelope sizes blood clot weighing down on them...it was all pretty crazy and the Drs were pretty amazed at the size of the clot. I was sent home sunday after the surgery and already am feeling much better....thank you for you support and kind words!
