Hi. I'm on day 9 also and have been sleeping on my stomach a few nights. (When I get sleep).
I think when you are comfortable, you can.

As soon as you feel comfortable doing so. I had TAH with a 7" vertical incision. I slept on my stomach as soon as I got my staples removed 13 days after surgery.

I agree with the others, as soon as it's comfortable to sleep that way there should be no reason you can't.
I was a big stomach sleeper before surgery, always fell asleep on my stomach. I have tried literally two times since May and can no longer sleep that way

I am a stomach sleeper and was back on my stomach about day four (coincidentally the day I finally received Percocet for my pain). I slept with my arms under my chest and I think that took the weight off. I have been sleeping on my stomach ever since. I think it is whenever you feel comfortable doing so.
