5 Days Post Hysterectomy Pain & Fatigue and heaviness anyone else?

Seems like I can't find a girl whose going thru something more similar to me... getting up and down and trying to shift in bed sends me into extreme searing pain as well as this heaviness like my insides are gonna fall out of my abdominal incision... I am allergic to almost all pain meds so I've been sent home on measly advils and tylenol ( that doesn't even help my headaches) lol I am awake for barely an 2 hours at a clip sleeping most of the day can barely walk around even to shower dress come downstairs then I'm completely exhausted like I did a marathon...although there is progress I'm disappointed not to see anyone experiencing these similar issues I even read someone is walking miles the day or two after her surgery woa I can't even make it to the bathroom...feeling a little awkward lol I'm even too tired to give a run down of my complete experience which I desperately can't wait to discuss as I had a mishap in the recovery room. anyway hope you ladies are healing fast hugs and kisses

You are normal. It will get better over the next few weeks. I also felt exhausted showering and dressing. I didn't leave my house the first week, and not much the second. I spent a lot of time watching movies and TV series . I'm sorry about the pain meds, but I was down to 800 milligrams ibuprofen by about day 9 so you should see improvement there soon. Heating pads help.

Your not alone. This is my 7th day since surgery and I too feel terrible. I tried walking a little got light headed and turned around and went straight to couch. Getting off couch is hard. I feel so defeated right now. my son is autistic and he doesn't understand and I try to make him, bless his heart... I just am unsure if anything right now. My mom is telling me you have to get up and do things and I've tried only to find out it makes the pain worse. I don't know what to expect. Hang in there. They say everyone is different in healing. It's nice to know your not the only one
