Depressed post-op 3 days out

Here is hoping that sunnier days are ahead! I am also not used to not being able to do everything for myself, and my stubborness and independence is not fairing well at just three days post op, so I have been trying to get back to things I enjoy that I am usually too busy to do. It has helped a little I hope you feel better soon! And a good cry is always better than tears held in!

Thank you ladies for all of your encouragement. Today is a much better day for me. I was able to sleep for a while and I am spending my time doing crafts and reading. I am just going to take it day by day and do what I have to do to take care of myself and be the best momma I can be for my kids. My babies are 4 and 2 and need me to be better for them.
