I am so grateful......

Thank you for having this wonderful site. I am going to the "Castle" in late April and I am so afraid. Before I found this site I had thought of lots of excuses as how I would postpone my visit. or keep delaying it indefintely. I have thought that I could endure the cramping, heavy bleeding, backaches,etc..... for a few more years. I also know that I really shouldn't be going through any of these symptoms. I know my family suffers as well. I've been told I am not the same person I used to be. I get a bit offended but I do know what they are talking about. I for a while chalked it up to age. I don't know about anyone else but these "symptoms" have usually hit me the worst during vacations. I was in Hawwaii recently and found that I spent most of my time there in the bathroom. Does anyone else have cramps that are as bad as labor pains? I'm tired of feeling miserable. Thank you again for this site. It has made me feel better already!

I am so grateful......

I am right there with you!!! I am going to the castle tommorw (3/10) and I am so anxious, frightened, excited, elated, and otherwise exhausted already formthe emotional rollar coaster that has been my life these last few years....My doctor is a marvelous human being...I have known her for years, and I finally gave in to her ....LOL...we will be fine, I know we will...hang in there, and know that things will be MUCH better on the oterh side of the rainbow....I cant wait to have my life back again!! And the recuperation time...well, I am looking at it as a well-deserved "vacation" from the horrors of the last few years....the postives outweight the negatives by far....well, I think I have vented enough...thank you ALL for being there! This site has given me sooo much over the last few days....and knowing that I am not alone in my feelings of apprehension and fear makes this journey down the road of life a little less lonely!!

Blessings to You All!!
