4 days post hysterectomy: Menstural type pain

Hi all,
Before surgery I was having severe menstural pain and cramping during my period and even when I didn't. I'm 4 days post hysterectomy having my tubes and uterus out. I was told via internal ultra sound that my uterus was enlarged and I had Adenomyosis. After surgery I was told my surgeon took a lot of Endometrosis off my ovaries as well and cleaned them up. I'm waiting to hear how bad my Adenomyosis really was. I'm wondering if anyone else is still experiencing menstural/pelvic pain post surgery. I realize it hasn't even been 5 days since surgery and I'm not healed and was just finally today able to have a bm. I think some of the discomfort is still gas and bowel pain and cramps. I'm just so scared that I'll still have the pain I had before surgery. I'm sure I'm worrying way too much. Also has anyone had headaches before surgery from your Adenomyosis or Endometrosis? I was having migraines which was unusual for me. Now since surgery I'm still dealing with headache. The night after surgery I had a massive migraine while in the hospital. Since I've been home I've kept Advil in my system even though my incision sites don't really hurt much. I'm more concerned about my migraines getting worse if I don't keep on top of the Advil. Oh to be healthy and feel well again! It's been so long I can't hardly remember. Best wishes to you all on your recovery!!
